Simple terms for using Tighomecare

These terms explain how Tighomecare supports families, care workers, and administrators during account use, booking, and communication.

Who can use Tighomecare

  • Customers can browse approved care workers, request visits, and manage bookings.
  • Workers can use Tighomecare only after invitation, profile setup, and required review steps.
  • Admins manage services, document review, booking oversight, and payment policy settings.

Booking requests

  • A booking request is not confirmed until the worker accepts it.
  • Tighomecare only shows approved and bookable workers in customer booking flows.
  • Booking windows must follow the current Tighomecare rules, including the minimum visit length and required advance notice.

Payments and account responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for keeping their card details, contact details, and booking information accurate.
  • Reservation payment rules are explained in the reservation payment policy and shown again during checkout.
  • Misuse of the platform, false information, or attempts to bypass booking or payment rules may lead to account restrictions.
