Tighomecare uses personal information only to support account access, care matching, booking coordination, payments, and support.
What we collect
- Account details such as name, email, phone number, city, and role.
- Customer and worker profile details needed for care matching and safe booking.
- Booking, notification, and payment reference data needed to manage visits and support questions.
How we use it
- To show matching services and approved workers based on selected care needs and availability.
- To manage booking requests, accepted visits, notifications, and reservation payment follow-up.
- To help admins review documents, monitor booking activity, and support trust and safety.
What we do not store directly
- Tighomecare does not store raw card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC values directly in the app.
- Payment collection is handled through Stripe, and Tighomecare stores only the payment references needed to complete the booking flow.
- Cookie controls remain available through the site's cookie settings.
