How Tighomecare handles cancellations

This policy explains what happens when a customer or worker cancels a booking request or accepted visit.

Before worker acceptance

  • A booking request stays pending until the worker accepts it.
  • If a request is cancelled before acceptance, the booking does not move forward as a confirmed visit.
  • If no reservation payment has been charged, there is no visit payment to keep.

After worker acceptance

  • Once a worker accepts the visit, the reservation payment policy applies.
  • The accepted visit and its payment state remain part of the customer and worker booking history.
  • Customers should cancel as early as possible if plans change.

Booking rules that still apply

  • Tighomecare booking windows follow the minimum visit length rule currently used in checkout.
  • Booking requests must still respect the current advance notice rules shown in the product.
  • Admins may review booking changes when support or trust questions come up.
